NY city council passes a resolution declaring that corporations are not people.

A step towards a true democracy. L.A. was first, and now NY follows.  Finally, a move towards a democracy for the people, run by the people. The Occupy Movement, along with our economic collapse has allowed citizens to truly get involved and voice their opinion on our demise.

Now, with our city councils at work from the ground up to Congress, the voices of the voiceless (those without money) are heard. Our government is here to serve us and not corporations who gather their money and influence all sorts of government policy/leaders etc… From our environment to the food we put in our belly, it is all toxic. We are now looking at the seeds of this toxicity and giving it a limpia! Bad juju gone! Which city will follow?
